As someone who is represented by a hopeless LNP hack, I regularly write to Zali thanking her for representing me.

The Greens offer to negate the purpose of Hamas by standing up for the Palestinian people, those who are critical of the Greens and anyone else standing up for the Palestinians are perpetuating the existence of Hamas. Why would you do the bidding of Hamas?

Hamas exists because the rest of the world (or at least the influential West) wouldn’t stand up for the Palestinian people as Isra.. slaughtered them to steal their land, just as Zali Steggall suggests we should do now.

Have Hamas or Islamic State killed thousands of people per day, day after day?

And while all the “talk” is going on thousands are dying daily, buried under rubble and maimed for life. This “war” is one-sided; 2,000 lb bombs dropped by planes, shot from tanks and ships on a people whose resistence fighters have rockets and rifles. Of course they don’t have the west supplying all the weaponry Israel can use, and they sure are using a lot – one wonders how they can afford to pay for it, or is it on the never-never?

What was he promised by Netanyahu, the well-known liar, or how much was donated to what?

I am glad Zali Stegall is no Green on Gaza and I hope little else. Except perhaps industrial relations. The Greens are hypocritical on issues pertaining to Gaza, the Middle East more broadly and on many areas of social and economic policy. The Greens are, quite rightly, critical of Israel on Gazza and many things but they overlook the regime that Hamas was, an Islamist one not too far removed from the Taliban and Al Queda, with an oppressive outlook for women. They said nothing when Islamic State were running rampant in Iraq and Syria and only intervened and spoke out against them when they were shamed. I am glad the, or this, Warringah MP is not a Greens and hope she stays that way. She is doing a good job ad she is right about Peter Dutton.
