She may think she’s an expert of spin, but after years of lies, Australians no longer believe anything that comes from this nasty operation. She can throw more money at so-called customer service, but customers won’t forgive or forget the reprehensible past behaviour in her lifetime.

Looks like a perfect time for nationalisation, at least on the share price front. And capital investment is necessary anyway. Time for a national carrier again. Not a national embarrassment.
